Arlington
After deciding to transition my career, I joined the University of
Texas at Arlington to pursue a Master's in Computer Science,
focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Databases. This program
allowed me to deepen my understanding of cutting-edge technologies
and explore advanced AI and data management concepts, giving me a
competitive edge in the tech industry and the ability to contribute
to innovative solutions in these rapidly evolving fields.

Graduate Teaching Assistant - UT Arlington
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant at UT Arlington, I supported over
four courses, including Special Topics in Software Engineering and
Web Data Management, covering technologies such as PHP, JavaScript,
and React Native. I assisted around 140 students over two years,
helping them debug code and improve their programming techniques,
while enhancing my own knowledge and mentoring skills.

Role
I successfully completed my Master's program in Computer Science at
the University of Texas at Arlington, specializing in Artificial
Intelligence and Databases. Upon graduation, I concluded my role as
a Graduate Teaching Assistant, having gained invaluable teaching and
mentoring experience. This milestone marks the end of an enriching
academic journey, during which I developed a deeper understanding of
advanced technologies while helping fellow students refine their
skills.

Full Stack Developer - Think Power Solutions, LLC
At Think Power Solutions, I designed and developed web applications
critical to Electric Utility Transmission and Distribution,
co-managed a team of five using Agile methodologies, and served as
an AI Engineer, creating prediction engines and automating workflows
with RabbitMQ. I developed Project Management Applications using
Angular 12, integrated Jenkins for CI/CD, and architected RESTful
APIs with Node.js and PostgreSQL as well as Kotlin Ktor and
Postgres. I also migrated IT infrastructure from acquired companies
to AWS, ensuring scalability, uptime, and data synchronization
between Oracle P6 and PostgreSQL. My role involved close
collaboration with senior management on 15+ projects to align
development with business objectives.

While continuing my role at Think Power Solutions, I decided to
pursue an MBA at the University of the Cumberlands to further
enhance my business acumen and leadership skills. This decision
aligns with my long-term career goals of combining technical
expertise with strategic management to drive innovation and lead
successful projects. Balancing both my work and academic pursuits
has provided me with valuable insights into business operations and
decision-making processes, which I actively apply to my role at
Think Power Solutions.
